The left-back is on loan at the Seville club from Barcelona

With the end of the season on the horizon, Juan Miranda has a decision to make on his future. The left-back, on loan at Real Betis from Barcelona, has spoken to El Desmarque about what could come next.

Miranda's contract with Barça expires this summer but the club are considering extending is unilaterally by an additional two years, per a clause in the terms. Pending conversations between the two clubs, he could then return to Betis on loan next season.

"It's not the moment to think about that," he said. "Barça and Betis will talk when the moment is right, probably at the end of the season. Right now I am only interested in helping Betis qualify for Europe. When the league finishes, we can talk."

Even though he didn't want to speak more about his future, he added: "I am young and I need to play minutes. We want to get into Europe in these final games, which is good for me and the club, and the three parties will make a decision after the season."
