Per the report, Barça are are one of various European teams following the young Dutch attacker. He's having an incredible season for PSV, scoring 16 goals and setting up 15 more.
Gakpo, 22, has a market value of around 25 million euros but the Eredivisie club would demand between 35 million and 50 million to sell him.
He recently signed a new deal until 2026, with Arsenal, Liverpool and Bayern Munich also linked with him.
