Al-Khelaifi is thinking of linking the trio of forwards per Italian media
PSG’s powerful finances let them explore paths unthinkable for other clubs. They want Barcelona’s Lionel Messi and that has taken them to a wild idea, according to Italian media. To put together a trio of Messi, Neymar and Juventus’s Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to Italian media, Cristiano has decided to leave Italy and he has two paths of escape. Go to Manchester to play for United again or start a new adventure in France with PSG.
Nasser Al-Khelaifi, say Italian media, is on the attack. Coinciding with the 2022 Qatar World Cup, the PSG owner wants to put together a powerful side, although the dream seems impossible.
The idea is to present Ronaldo with an offer (he has already offered Messi a three year deal) and convince Neymar to stay with this project.
Kylian Mbappe, for his part, seems further away from staying. He has rejected four offers. He wants to go to Real Madrid and Al-Khelaifi could use that cash to get Cristiano.
The main problem is that between the three they would be hitting a salary limit. No club can currently afford the three salaries of these players as they are. For now, it is only a dream.
