PSG willing to sell Adrien Rabiot to Barcelona for 5 million euros
The Parisian club are being forced to sell him now to stop him leaving for free
Adrien Rabiot could join Barcelona immediately, according to French media source Paris United.
The midfielder is free to go in June 2019 to any side and PSG have accepted they will lose him as he does not want to renew his contract.
Thomas Tuchel has separated him from the team. PSG’s sporting director Antero Henrique has been told to look for a club that wants to sign him for a fee in January so they can make some money out of his departure.
Per Paris United PSG are willing to let him go for just 5 million euros and say they expect Eric Abidal, Barcelona’s sporting director, to make contact in January to start negotiations.
In France it’s taken as guaranteed that the mother and agent of the player, Veronique Rabiot has reached an agreement with Barcelona for 10m euros a season across five years as well as a 10m signing on fee.
PSG are looking for a replacement.
