The transfer saga surrounding Adrien Rabiot continues to rumble on, adding new chapters almost every week. The midfielder, who came through the academy at PSG, refuses to discuss a new contract.
Adrien's idea is to wait until the summer when he's a free transfer so he can sign an even bigger deal. The player's priority is join FC Barcelona, the club which has followed his progress the most. PSG don't want to lose him for nothing but the player refuses to even meet over a new contract. According to 'TUTTOMercatoWEB' the latest move from the French club was to offer Rabiot more than they'd done previously with the purpose to avoid doing business with Barça. The bad blood stems from the Neymar saga a couple of years ago.
Tuchel still considers Rabiot a key member of his first team squad despite the cloud hanging over his future. However it appears the midfielder already has his sights set on a move away.
