Now that Messi has decided to stay, it could force Koeman to change his plans when it comes to the French forward
Antoine Griezmann continues to have a lot of admirers in the Premier League. The French forward hasn't quite found his groove at FC Barcelona and England could offer him an escape route should he decide to leave.
According to the Daily Mail, the interested teams are Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal. Griezmann was promised an important role at Barça by Ronald Koeman before Lionel Messi decided to stay at the Camp Nou.
Koeman has been adamant that everyone currently in his plans will be given a chance to prove themselves throughout preseason before any decisions are made. Barça currently have a wealth of options available in attack such as Leo Messi, Luis Suárez, Griezmann, Trincao, Pedri, Braithwaite and Ansu Fati. Not all of them will remain at the club and Griezmann could be one of those who makes way.
