Portugal calm Barca over Nelson Semedo injury
It might just be a minor blow without much significance
The first images of Nelson Semedo coming off the pitch during Portugal's 4-2 win over Serbia with a serious looking ankle problem were worrying for Barcelona.
However they are calm after the Portuguese federation published a statement saying Semedo suffered a trauma in that region - but nothing severe has been reported.
How the player recovers in the coming days will be important but it has been ruled out that the blow is significant. Barca don't want him to feature in the game against Lithuainia but it's also up to him and Portugal.
It's expected Semedo will train with his team-mates in the next session and depending how he feels will choose the course of action.
Semedo, a starter in Belgrade, came off after 65 minutes on a stretcher after a tough tackle from Kolarov.
