Justin Kluivert, 19, is in line for his Netherlands debut this week

Patrick Kluivert hopes to one day see his son Justin playing for Barcelona. 'Papa' Kluivert is not pressuring his son, given he believes he still has a long way to go, but he would like to see him follow in his footsteps.

Justin, who came through the ranks at Ajax, made his first team debut for the Amsterdam club on Jan. 15 last year and has gone on to become a regular. At 19, he's now made his way into the Netherlands squad.

"I am very proud of him," his father said. "He's doing a great job and working hard, which has earned him his place in the team. If he keeps at the same level for a long time, he could a good player."

For many, he has to move to Camo Nou. It's something which excites Patrick: "Without doubt I would prefer him to go to Barcelona, but anything can happen in football.

"He's an adult, though, and he has to make his own decisions. But he's already said his dream is to play for Barcelona, but you never know what can happen."

Patrick's other son, Shane, who is just 10, is already playing at Barça's academy.
