Barcelona are prepared to pay 45 million euros plus add ons

The Catalan club tried to sign the Argentine in the summer

Barcelona are negotiating with Paris Saint-Germain over the signing of Angel Di Maria in January, according to the website ParisFans.

The report says that Barça have made the same offer as they did in the summer, worth an initial 45 million euros with 15 million more in potential add ons.

Di Maria is the alternative to Philippe Coutinho, who Barça hoped to sign in the summer, too, and will make another move for next month.

ParisFans claim Barça and PSG have been in talks for weeks and that the French club are more open to business as they look to balance the books and comply with Financial Fair Play.

The Argentine has given the green light to the deal and his desire is to play alongside Lionel Messi in Spain.

Barça previously tried to sign Di Maria on the final day of the transfer window in September, but PSG's demand for 75 million euros proved too much.
