Reports in France say PSG will move for the Barça defender
Paris Saint-Germain could go on the attack for Barcelona's French defender Samuel Umtiti. According to different reports which have appeared in France, PSG, after missing out on Matthijs de Ligt, have focused on the Barça man.
Umtiti, with a contract with Barcelona, has stated his desire to continue at Camp Nou and reject any offers which arrive this summer. He wants to focus on Barça and, for that reason, has not listened to the offers which have come in from the Premier League.
However, the fact it's PSG in his homeland chasing him could change his mind. According to the reports, the French defender is not completely against a move to Paris. He's instructed his agents to listen to any offer from the Ligue 1 winners.
PSG's strategy would not be to include him in a possible negotiation for Neymar, despite the fact Barça would be happy to use him in a deal for the Brazilian. Barça value Umtiti at around 60 million euros.
