Paris Saint-Germain could rival Barcelona for Inter's Lautaro Martinez

There are no doubts. The name Lautaro Martinez is going to be one of the most spoken about in the next transfer window. The Inter Milan striker is wanted by a number of European clubs and it seems his adventure in Italy will come to an end. 

Barcelona are the club to have shown the most interest in the Argentine, who, according to ESPN, could also be wanted by French champions Paris Saint-Germain. 

PSG could be in the market for a No.9 this summer. Edinson Cavani will leave when his contract expires and the club will be left with Mauro Icardi, who they have an option to sign permanently. 

Icardi is on loan from Inter and PSG have to decide if they will take the next step. Therefore, PSG and Inter are obliged to speak in the coming weeks and Lautaro's name could also come up. 

The other teams in the race for Lautaro are Manchester United. The English club are always looking to add to their squad. Another player they want is Jadon Sancho. However, when it comes to Lautaro they know that Barça lead the way. 

ESPN adds that Lautaro's preference is to move to Barça and play alongside Lionel Messi, his Argentina teammate. The club know they can't pay the player's 111 million euros to Inter but will offer players in part exchange -- like Arturo Vidal and Nelson Semedo.
