Ousmane Dembele will arrive in top condition for the tour
Ousmane Dembele had to come back from a muscle injury that kept him out of the team last season for almost three months, during which time he missed seventeen games. The break, between the end of January and the end of April, did not prevent him from helping the team clinch the league title and celebrate in style.
However, he was a little short of fitness due to the time he spent recovering. That is why, since the end of the official season, he set himself the challenge of working intensively during the holidays to join the group in full condition. And so it will be. Dembele has also taken the opportunity to rest and has moved between Paris, Marrakesh and Barcelona, but in all these cities he has dressed in shorts, able to work out.
The Frenchman knows he finished the season a little weak physically due to injury and that, in agreement with the club and his personal assistants, he set himself the objective of strengthening his muscles to prevent further problems on the one hand and, on the other, to maintain the power and speed that characterise him.
At the same time, he has also invested a lot of time in cardio exercises in order to arrive at the pre-season in optimum condition and work from day one in top condition. Ousmane has this season marked in red and is convinced that, after winning LaLiga, Barça can go for bigger challenges. He has Xavi's confidence and, for his part, he will spare no effort to ensure that the Blaugrana project continues on a clear upward trend.
