The Argentine forward could move to MLS as Barca hopes start to fade
The final decision on Leo Messi's future is approaching. There are rumours and speculation of all kinds as the clubs that want him are starting to play the final game. From Argentina they think the PSG star ends up playing in the MLS and specifically at Inter Miami.
According to the newspaper 'Olé', there have already been serious moves in recent days with a concrete offer for four seasons, which could end up convincing the player.
Inter Miami want to make a global impact, which will also raise the MLS to another level in the event that they end up signing Messi. The Americans' proposal would be centred on a long-term contract and with the guarantee that top-level signings would arrive to surround the Argentinian in a very attractive sporting project.
The directors of the Miami team are convinced that they have all the options to take the player for a matter of time and because it is a destination that could be very attractive for Leo and his family.
Also, Messi's incorporation could be practically immediate after the friendlies with the Argentine national team. The MLS finishes in October and an arrival could be agreed now to give the player a rest.
At the moment, the proposal from Inter Miami is already under consideration by Messi and his entourage. Leo wants to make an imminent decision after the end of his season this weekend with PSG.
Barça are also struggling to make him an offer, although it all depends on La Liga approving their financial plan.
