The Catalans need to get players off the books and make room for new arrivals

Hands to the pump at Barcelona for operation exit. The club are working on getting rid of players to allow Xavi to register Ferran Torres and make other signings potentially.

Ferran Torres and Dani Alves returning are the first two arrivals. Barcelona must get players out. Ter Stegen will say, but Neto could leave and Inaki Pena is akin again to leave on loan.

Sergino Dest could go, with Xavi not counting on him and Alves arriving. Samuel Umtiti is the same. If he does not go then Clement Lenglet could leave. Various Premier League sides are interested in him. Loaning out Oscar Mingueza could work to free up some wage space.

Philippe Coutinho has not performed and he could go to Arsenal or Everton, although it might be a loan rather than a transfer. His agent knows Barcelona’s intentions.

Yusuf Demir might go back to Rapid Vienna while Luuk de Jong has suitors in Turkey.
