No one has lost more value than Philippe Coutinho in 2019
Since the start of the year, 50 million has fallen off his price tag
From 140 million euros to 90 million euros. Since Jan. 1 2019 until now, that's how much value has dropped off Philippe Coutinho. That makes the Brazilian the player whose value is dropping the fastest in Europe's big five leagues. In seven months, 37.5 percent has fallen off his value.
Now, Coutinho costs 50 million less, according to data from Transfermarkt. Remember that Barça paid Liverpool 120 million plus 40 million in potential add ons just over 18 months ago.
The drop comes as Barça are trying to sell Coutinho. Despite his good performances as Brazil won the Copa America this summer, there have been no bids. The Catalans are looking to bring in around 100 million for him.
MARCELO & DYBALA
Real Madrid left-back Marcelo and Juventus forward Paulo Dybala have also seen their prices drop in this period. Marcelo is worth 45 million less, while Dybala's estimated cost has dropped by 25 million.
Player | Club | Market value | % | Difference |

Marcelo | R.Madrid | 25 million | -64.3% | -45 million |
