Neymar's father denies a story about his son wanting a Barça return
In 'El Mundo' they claim Neymar has called up to five times asking to return to Barcelona
Neymar Jr's father has called the story reported by 'El Mundo' as "fake news" in an Instagram post. The Spanish newspaper claims that the Brazilian star wants to return to Barça and has called the club around five times asking for it to become a reality.
"The PSG forward has been in contact with Barcelona's directors in the last few months on five occasions to talk about one thing: to ask that they bring him back to the club," said the Spanish newspaper.
According to their sources it had been Neymar's father who had personally called Barça president Josep Maria Bartomeu as well as other directors from the club recently.
'El Mundo' also state that for Barça to consider a transfer move for Neymar, his father would need to drop his legal battles with the club, something he won't consider doing at the moment.
This time it was Neymar's father himself he called the story "fake news" just as his son did a few weeks ago when another story emerged about the Samba star wanting a move back to Barça.
