The newspaper Ole responds to El Mundo over Leo Messi leak
They produced an imitation of El Mundo's front page but with a few different numbers on it...
Argentine newspaper Ole responded to El Mundo’s Messi contract leak on Monday with a cleverly designed front page.
They imitated El Mundo’s front page which was headlined 555,237,619 million euros, the total value of Leo Messi’s last signed contract at the club.
Except, they wrote 650, 260, 755. That’s goals, assists and appearances for Barcelona.
“You wanted Messi’s numbers, here you go. The contract leak, a betrayal to which he responded with another great goal,” they wrote.
On their front page they also included Ronald Koeman’s quote about the issue. “It was done to cause damage,” said the Dutchman.
