The France forward has now chosen what number he will wear at Camp Nou
FC Barcelona's latest signing Antoine Griezmann has now chosen his shirt number at the club: No.17. The Frenchman inherits the number from the Colombian defender Jeison Murillo.
Griezmann's shirt number was one of the surprises of his presentation on Sunday as he signed his five-year deal alongside president Josep Mari Bartomeu.
At the moment, Bartomeu handed him the No.17 shirt. It was the number which was vacated by Murillo when his loan spell at the club ended on June 30.
Throughout Barça's history, the following players have worn the No.17: Amunike (was the first in 1996-97), Bogarde, Petit, Christanval, Mendieta, Van Bommel, Giovani dos Santos, Pedro Rodríguez, Alex Song, Munir El Haddadi, Paco Alcácer and Jeison Murillo.
