Nastic's game against Barcelona B postponed "for safety and sensitivity reasons"
The home team made the request for the game to be called off
La Liga accepted their request and there was an agreement with Barça
There was no football at the Nou Estadi. The teams were named, the players were ready to warm up, but the absence of local police did not guarantee the safety of the game and Nastic de Tarragona reached an agreement with Barça B and the officials and decided to ask La Liga to postpone the game.
The organisation accepted and a few minutes before the game was due to take place there was an agreement that it would be called off, with the official announcement at 20.33:

The motive was security, or in this case, the absence of local police because the Mossos d'Esquadra on Sunday were required at the local polling stations as the independence referendum was held in Catalonia. But in quotes to GOL, Nastic president Josep Maria Andreu added another motive.
"La Liga understands our situation and the game's been postponed for security and also for sensitivity reasons to the people of Tarragona," Andreu explained.
The players and coaches of both teams remained on the pitch for a short while after the news was made official, chatting away, while the fans, who could not access the stadium gates, made their way home.
