Napoli name squad for Barcelona with Koulibaly & Llorente unavailable
The Italians are without their star defender for Barça's visit on Tuesday
Centre back Kalidou Koulibaly and Spanish forward Fernando Llorente have not made the Napoli squad for Tuesday's Champions League game against Barcelona.
Koulibaly worked in the gym on Monday and will not be fit in time for the game against Barça in the last 16 of Europe's premier competition.
Llorente will also be missing. He missed the game against Brescia on Friday with flu but has also seen his role decrease since the appointment of Gennaro Gattuso.
Everything suggests Gattuso will pick an attacking trip of Lorenzo Insigne, José Callejón and Dries Mertens against Quique Setien's side this week.
The squad is made up of goalkeepers Karnezis, Ospina and Meret, defenders Di Lorenzo, Hysaj, Luperto, Maksimovic, Manolas, Mario Rui, midfielders Allan, Demme, Lobotka, Elmas, Fabián Ruiz, Zielinski and forwards Insigne, Mertens, Lozano, Milik and Politano.
Meanwhile, Barça travelled to Italy with: Ter Stegen, Semedo, Piqué, Rakitic, Sergio Busquets, Arthur, Messi, Neto, Lenglet, Griezmann, Braithwaite, De Jong, Vidal, Umtiti, Junior, Iñaki Peña, Riqui Puig, Collado, Ansu Fati, Araujo and Akieme.
