The coach says he will reveal all about not getting the job in 2008

He also says he will not end his managerial career with Man Utd

Jose Mourinho once again made some interesting comments, this time in an interview with Telefoot. The Manchester United coach analysed his sporting career and had a special memory about Barcelona. He said he will not reveal the reason he didn't become the coach at Camp Nou in 2008 for many years yet.

Asked about the chance of coaching Barça, where he was previously a translator, he said:  “Maybe I will reveal the truth one day. There is something about my career that I want to keep secret. I will tell the truth when I will be really, really, really old."

That year, Barça named Pep Guardiola as coach.

In contrast, he had no problem confessing that he was not happy in his final year at Real Madrid: "My daughter was starting university in London and we all thought it was for the best that the family was united. It's true that personal matters also had an influence, but the important thing is that I was no longer happy, I was not happy in my third year [at Madrid]. And my best results come when I am happy."

With respect to his future, Mourinho said he is still ambitious to take on new challenges beyond Manchester United, where he's in his second year as coach.

"At this stage of my life, I'm a manager who's motivated to take on new challenges, with a desire to win more titles," he said. "I'm sure my career will not end with Man United."
