Messi to file lawsuit against El Mundo and studying Barça's involvement

The Barcelona star will take action against those that had access to the document

Lionel Messi has decided to take legal action after his contract was leaked to the newspaper El Mundo, as explained by RAC1 on Wednesday.

As sources close to the Barcelona forward announced on Sunday, he will file a lawsuit against El Mundo and is also studying taking action against the five people he considers could have leaked the document to the Madrid newspaper, an act which constitutes a crime.

Those five people are Josep Maria Bartomeu (ex-Barça president), Carles Tusquets (acting president), Jordi Mestre (ex-vice president), Oscar Grau (CEO) and Roma Punti (head of legal services).

They're the five people at the club, past or present, that had access to the contract.

Remember that Barça have also launched an internal investigation into the leaking of the contract and have also said they will take action.
