Messi and Neymar reunited in Ibiza

While Barça's first team squad continues with its pre-season training camp in Germany, Messi is still on holiday in Ibiza, having been out of contract since 30 June. Until he puts pen to paper on a new deal, he won't be able to play or train for FC Barcelona.
During his time in Ibiza, Messi has met up with his close friend Neymar Jr. The last time they saw each other was in the Copa América final, which saw Argentina lift the trophy for the first time since 1993.
Ángel Di Maria and Leandro Paredes, Messi's team mates in the Argentina national side, were also present. Marco Verratti, meanwhile, who came close to signing for Barça a few summers ago, also appeared in the photo published on Di María's Instagram account.
