Meeting between Koeman and Laporta on plane home from Cadiz
The president and the under-fire coach spoke for around 20 minutes or so
There was a meeting in the airplane on the way home from Cadiz between president Joan Laporta and coach Ronald Koeman. They met near the front of the plane along with Rafa Yuste and Mateu Alemany. It lasted 20 minutes. The message was that Koeman will remain as coach, but still depending on the results and the team’s performances.
He will be in charge against Levante, even though he will have to watch from the stands after his red card at the Nuevo Mirandilla. He will stay in charge most likely with a win.
The club are going game by game and having some patience.
In theory there is a press conference ahead of the Levante game… but Koeman didn’t take any questions last time.
