Marcelo Brozovic waiting one week for Barcelona
Marcelo Brozovic is waiting for Barça. According to 'Gazzetta dello Sport', the player refused to meet with Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia in order to gain time to sign for Barça. The Croatian's dream is to end up at Barça and he is happy to sign a contract of two seasons plus one potential additional campaign, but he will only wait a week to find out if Barça can make a firm offer to Inter to sign him. If not, he will decide whether to stay at Inter or accept the Saudi proposal.
Borozovic had already decided since last January to prioritise his arrival at Barça. The Croatian was ready to come in the winter market if his exchange with Kessié had worked out, but there was no agreement between clubs so he remained at Inter. After the end of the season he has been keeping an eye on the Blaugrana's movements and left Al Nassr's proposal to one side because he considers that he still has the strength to compete at the highest level in Europe in the next few seasons. And playing for Barça appeals to him.
According to the information coming from Italy, Brozovic would be willing to earn around 7 million euros net per year at Barca as long as the contract was for two years plus an optional one depending on the sporting performance. A contract similar to the one signed by Gundogan with Barça.
