With the January transfer window approaching, the rumours are ramping up again and one of them features Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele, whose future always seems to be up in the air.
In England, the Daily Mail report that Manchester United will make another move for the France winger. Barça and United held talks over a deal in the summer, but an agreement could not be reached. United wanted a loan with an option to buy and Barça wanted a permanent transfer.
The Premier League side have lost their last two matches, against Arsenal in the Premier League and Istanbul Baseksehir in the Champions League. Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is beginning to lose credibility and Mauricio Pochettino has been linked as his replacement.
The cited media say the option to sign Dembele will be on the table again this winter as the English team still need another attacker. Barça have financial issues and would accept a low fee, especially keeping in mind that Dembele's deal expires in 2022.
