Luis Suárez swaps shirts with one of Uruguay's promising youngsters
The Barcelona forward is on holiday before pre-season starts in July
He advised the young stopper to keep working hard
While waiting for Lionel Messi’s wedding, Luis Suarez continued his holidays in his home country of Uruguay and recently met Santiago Mele, a young goalkeeper who did well at the U20 World Cup.
His promising compatriot helped Uruguay to a fourth place finish at the tournament. He was pictured holding one of Suarez’s Barcelona shirts while the striker held up a Mele goalkeeping kit at the Fenix athletics centre.
Suarez posted a tweet reading “Thanks Santi for the shirt. Great person. Keep working so that everything comes”.
Male replied, saying “Many thanks Luis! You are a great”.
