Luis Suárez opened the scoring against Malaga on Saturday as Barcelona won 2-0 to make it 28 games unbeaten in La Liga this season.
The Uruguayan headed home after 15 minutes from a fine cross from Jordi Alba, with Philippe Coutinho adding the second goal.
Suarez was later booked in the second half, though, picking up the yellow card he first started trying to pick up against Girona last month.
As it was his fifth booking of the season, Suarez will miss next weekend's game against Athletic Club at Camp Nou, although he will play against Chelsea in midweek.
Suarez had hoped to get booked against Girona to miss the Las Palmas game ahead of Barça's game against Las Palmas.
