Luis Suarez moves sixth in list of all-time Barcelona hat-tricks
Suarez struck his 11th treble in the win over Girona
Messi, with 39, is miles out in front still
It's not easy to make the Top 6 in Barcelona's history -- regardless of the statistic. Not just because of the 109 years the club has been in existence, but because of the quality of players that have worn the Blaugrana in that time.
Against Girona, though, Luis Suarez scored his 11th hat-trick for the club. In his fourth season playing at Camp Nou, he has moved into the Top 6 in terms of hat-tricks for the club.
With 10, suarez was tied in seventh place with Evaristo Macedo and Ángel Arocha. Now on to 11, he has drawn level with Mariano Martín, who played for Barcelona between 1939 and 1948.
Suarez is still four trebles behind Cesar Rodriguez in fifth place, while Lionel Messi leads the way with an incredible 39 hat-tricks for the Catalans.
