Luis Suarez: Goal, apology... and a celebration for Ronald Koeman?

The Uruguay striker netted against Barcelona on Saturday for Atletico

Atletico Madrid's Luis Suarez scored the second goal on Saturday in his side's 2-0 win against Barcelona in LaLiga.

It was his first goal against his former side and he has now impressively scored against all 31 LaLiga sides he's faced.

Suarez apologised for the goal at first, given his Barça past, but then appeared to celebrate with a gesture towards Ronald Koeman.

The Barça boss was the person that phoned him to tell him he was no longer needed at Camp Nou last summer.

Suarez celebrated by holding up a phone to his ear, in an apparent nod to Koeman's cull.

However, with a cheeky smile on his face that suggested otherwise, the Uruguay No.9 denied it was related to the Dutchman.

"It was so people know I have the same number and I'm still using the phone," he told Movistar.

Pressed on if it was for Koeman, he added: "It wasn't for him. I had jokingly agreed with my kids that I would do it."
