The Asturian coach includes Javier Mascherano, recovered from his injury
Along with Jordi Masip and the injured players, Mathieu is the only star left out of the team
Luis Enrique has axed Jeremy Mathieu from his squad list to face Juventus on Wednesday night. The French centre-back was substituted at half-time at the Juventus Stadium, did not play a single minute against Real Sociedad and ow has been axed as Barcelona try to compete an historic comeback.
Javier Mascherano does make the squad list after recovering from injury. And Carles Alena is included again, helping to fill in for the injured Rafinha.
The Brazilian, along with Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan is still out, while Jordi Masip was also not included.
Barcelona’s squad for the game is: Ter Stegen, Cillessen, Jordi Alba, Digne, Sergi Roberto, Piqué, Mascherano, Umtiti, Busquets, Gomes, Rakitic, Iniesta, Denis, Aleñá, Alcácer, Messi, Suárez and Neymar.
