The Argentine star got a hatty against PSV Eindhoven in a crunching 4-0 win
Barcelona's Argentine star Lionel Messi was chosen as the Champions League player of the week. Messi was picked by fans for the award after he banged in a hat-trick against PSV Eindhoven as Barcelona won 4-0 on Tuesday.
Messi beat out Paul Pogba, Nabil Fekir and James Milner for the award.
Every UCL week a new player his chosen, fans can vote from minute 60 to 60 mins after the game finishes. Eight names are nominated from that list then one is chosen as the player of the week.
