Lionel Messi now has his sixth Ballon d'Or and he spoke in an interview with France Football. "I don't feel I'm arriving at the end of my career yet," said Leo.

"To know that there's a game coming up keeps me alive. I had the bad luck of getting injured the first day of the season and not being able to start it, but bit by bit I found rhythm and form. I don't notice the weight of 32 years.

"I will continue until I no longer can, that my physical condition doesn't let me, it's hard to give an expiry date. I like this game a lot and I will try and keep that pleasure going as long as possible.

"I arrived at 13 at an exceptional club that, for me, is the best in the world. I've found everything I needed here. I've never felt the need to leave, I knew it's the pefect place for me, for my career and my family. I'm very grateful to the club and the city."
