Linares vs. Barça: Dembele and Alves make squad for Copa tie
Xavi has a couple of players back for the Copa del Rey game on Wednesday
Like against Mallorca, Xavi Hernandez has had to turn to the B team for Wednesday's Copa del Rey tie against Linares Deportivo.
However, he also has Dani Alves and Ousmane Dembele available. Alves can make his second Barça debut after being registered with LaLiga, while Dembele has recovered from Covid-19.
As revealed by Xavi at the weekend, Jordi Alba has also now tested negative for coronavirus after missing Mallorca and comes back into the squad as well.
Xavi is still missing Ansu Fati and Memphis Depay through injury, while Pedri and Ferran Torres have joined the list of players currently sidelined through injury.
Also absent are Luuk de Jong due to suspension and Samuel Umtiti and Clement Lenglet due to a stomach bug.
