Leo Messi takes a jab at Paris Saint-Germain

Leo Messi gave an interview on 'Olga Live' in which he reviewed, in a relaxed tone, the current moment in which he lives, after signing for Inter Miami after not renewing his contract with Paris Saint-Germain. The Argentine has put an end to his time in Europe and has been living in the MLS in the United States for months now.

In the aforementioned interview, the Argentine star reviewed his time at the Parc des Princes, where he wore the PSG shirt for two years after reluctantly leaving Barça. Far from finding happiness, the player acknowledges that "it wasn't as I expected", although he plays it down. In fact, he also points out that "things always happen for a reason" and "although I wasn't doing well there, it was my turn to be world champion".

Asked about his relationship with his teammates in the dressing room, especially Kylian Mbappé, he said that he was "fine with everyone". He also acknowledged that "I was in the place where we had won the final and, quote unquote, it was our fault that they hadn't won the World Cup, so it was understandable".

However, he did not bite his tongue when he recalled that "I was the only player who did not get recognition (from the club), unlike the other 25 players (who won the cup)," referring to the Argentina squad that was crowned world champions at the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
