Barcelona are expected to arrive around 12.15 CET in Madrid

They will rest in their hotel before heading to the game later

Barcelona have started the trip to Madrid to face Atletico in the eighth week of La Liga. Led by Leo Messi, the team head to the Wanda Metropolitano where tonight they try and get three points against Atletico Madrid which would help them equal the best start to the season ever made by the club.

Alcacer, Aleix Vidal and Vermaelen have been left out, whule Rafinha, Arda Turan and Dembele are unavailable because of injured. The team took their flight at 11am and are expected to land at 12.15pm.

The team will head to the Eurostars Madrid Tower, a habitual place for them to stay in the capital.
