Leo Messi and Pique's lunch encounter with Cesc Fabregas
Messi, Pique and Cesc played with each other for many years, starting at the youth levels of the club
FC Barcelona forward Leo Messi used his Instagram account to upload a picture of a lunch meeting between himself, team-mate Gerard Pique and Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas. Pepe Costa, player liason officer, was also there.
Messi wrote "food with friends" on the picture of the four smiling, which was taken at his restaurant Bellavista del Jardin del Norte, run by his brother Rodrigo.
Messi, Pique and Cesc played with each other for many years, starting at the youth levels of the club, and have a close relationship. Often they meet up with their partners too - Antonella Rocuzzo and Daniella Semaan are good friends, but this time it was just the players.
