I understand why people tell me on the street: 'Don¿t go to Barça'

Sevilla defender Clement Lenglet has revealed he has doubts about where he will play his football next season. 

The France centre-back, 22, is being watched by a number of Europe's biggest club, including Barcelona, who sent sporting director Robert Fernandez to check him out against Real Madrid in midweel. 

"I don't know how things are going to end," Lenglet admitted in an interview with Estadio Deportivo. "I'm happy with how the season has gone and the work I have done."  

Lenglet, who has a 30 million euro release clause added: "I have told my agent I want to end the season without thinking about contracts, teams and things that could distract me." 

On Barça's interes, he added: "I am proud [to be wanted by big clubs] and I understand why people tell me on the street ‘Don’t go to Barça’ but the truth is I don’t know if I am going to leave or not.

"I will wait until the end of the season to make a decision."
