Leicester City interested in Barça centre-back Marlon Santos
The defender is currently on a two-year loan at French club Nice
Barcelona defender Marlon Santos, currently on loan at Nice, could end up playing for Leicester City next season, according to The Sun.
The Premier League side have been impressed by the Brazilian's progress in France and are weighing up making Barça an offer this summer.
Marlon joined Nice on a two-year loan, so is set to stay there until 2019, while the French club have an option to sign him at the end of deal.
Leicester, say the reports, are prepared to equal Nice's option to buy and to give Marlon a salary increase.
Barça signed Marlon from Fluminense in the summer of 2016 and he spent his first season playing for the B team, making a few appearances for Luis Enrique's first team at the end of the season.
However, Ernesto Valverde decided he did not have a place in the squad and agreed to the Nice loan so that the player "can keep growing."
