Laporta wants three signings in the winter transfer window
The Barcelona president hopes to furnish Xavi's squad with some new faces
Joan Laporta wants Barcelona to have a stronger squad. He’s always said he wanted to bring players in and that’s still the case. TV3 reported that he spoke on Friday at a Barca fan club in Galicia about three signings that the club want in January.
Xavi will have to approve the deals and they are only possible if they can get rid of a couple of players currently at the club. The coming weeks will be crucial.
Xavi will return to Camp Nou to take the reins of the first team and try to turn things around. Laporta wants to try and help him with a stronger squad.
