"LaLiga chief Tebas and Madrid president Perez both hate Barcelona"
Joan Gaspart has warned Joan Laporta to keep his distance from the two men
Former Barcelona president Joan Gaspart was a guest on El 10 del Barça where he analysed the relationships Joan Laporta has with LaLiga president Javier Tebas and Real Madrid chief Florentino Perez. Gaspart did not bite his tongue and advised Laporta to keep his distance from both men.
Gaspart was clear that in this game there are two hands: "Florentino and Tebas." And that "don't ask me who I trust more because I don't trust either of them. Our president likes to get close to Tebas, who hates, not just Barça, but what it represents. And on the other side, Florentino hates us in a sporting sense, that's clear. In this sense, Gaspart would "prefer there to be another president at Madrid than Florentino but I don't see him leaving in the coming years.
