The signing of Jules Koundé is nearly finalized, and only a few minor details are to be ironed out with Sevilla for him to become a Barça player.
An unofficial confirmation of the same was leaked when, for a few minutes Koundé's shirt was available for sale on the Barça e-store. It was discovered by @Mancuer91.
