Koeman on Araujo's fitness: There's no concrete date for his return yet
The Uruguay international is close to making a comeback but he must wait a little longer
Ronald Koeman will not have Ronald Araujo back for Wednesday's game against Elche. The Barcelona coach confirmed as much in a press conference on Tuesday.
Araujo injured his ankle earlier this month and is not yet back in full training. If he returns later this week, he could be available for one of the two games against Sevilla (in the league on Saturday and the cup on Wednesday) but Koeman didn't want to give any dates.
"He's improving," the Dutchman said. "He won't make it for tomorrow because he's still not trained with the group. He's working with the physios, but first of all he will have to train with the group and see what the sensations are."

Koeman knows the Uruguay international has become a really important player this season but he also doesn't want to rush his recovery.
However, the game against Sevilla could mark Barça's season, so Koeman was asked if Araujo could be back by Saturday.
"There are doubts and we have to wait," he added. "He could be (ready) for Saturday or for next Wednesday... but it's not good to give concrete dates."
