The German giants don't believe they can secure a deal for the young midfielder who has told PSG he won't sign a new deal

Bayern Múnich have admitted defeat in their attempts to sign Adrien Rabiot on a free transfer from PSG. A few days ago the 'Daily Star' claimed that Tottenham Hotspur have also given up hope of luring the midfielder to the club. Liverpool and Barcelona are believed to be the two frontrunners to secure a deal after 'Kicker' announced Bayern stepped back from negotiations.

'Kicker' claim Bayern were interested in securing a transfer in January but that interest has now cooled. The high salary demands from the player and his representatives has put off the German club from entering the battle for the hottest free agent next summer.
