Key week for Memphis Depay and Georginio Wijnaldum deals
Barcelona are confident of Depay but Gini is disappearing out of sight

The attacker, if nothing changes, will be announced early next week. There was only one obstacle; that Ronald Koeman would stay. No that’s been confirmed his Dutch compatriot will join Barca and reject the offers from Juve and Inter Milan among other sides.
Depay had accepted Barca’s offer already, even though it was inferior to that they made in January and last summer.
The Wijnaldum situation is different. The club will not make exceptions to their formula, despite PSG offering a huge sum to the Dutchman. It’s a three year deal.
Koeman is trying to convince the player based on the sporting project. He was his coach with the Netherlands and it might tip the balance.
After sealing one or both signings, Barca will start trying to work on getting players out. They want three or four sold before June 30. If they get enough money they might dip back into the market again.
