Josep Maria Bartomeu upsets Dani Alves, who calls him a liar
The former Barcelona right-back posted an angry message on social media

Josep Maria Bartomeu told SPORT about the reasons Dani Alves left Barcelona, which provoked the defender into calling him a "liar". Bartomeu said: "Dani is a friendly guy, very fiery, he gets on well with everyone, but he left for a personal issue which his wife knows, he knows and I do. It's what he said the other day about the board."
The president didn't want to reveal it. "He can say it if he wishes. It's a personal thing. Did he leave angry? He didn't like Luis Enrique? He didn't like the president? No. He signed on for three years, saw out one and then left the next. He had his very personal reasons."
Bartomeu made it clear that Alves will not return. "In January a message from him arrived. We saw each other and spoke. But he will not return."
Alves quotes a story on the issue and wrote "Liar" on Twitter.
