He served up Messi and Luis Suarez goals against Sevilla on Wednesday
Jordi Alba doesn't stop. Against Sevilla he created two more goals to add to his enormous list of assists. 14 this season. A barbarity.
Alba had not given any in the Copa del Rey until this 6-1 win over Sevilla, but nine in La Liga and a hat-trick of assists at Wembley in the Champions League were under his belt.
Against the Andalusians he set up Luis Suarez to finish at the end of a quick counter-attack. But better still was his backheel to Messi for the sixth goal. They have a special connections.
Curiously Alba also set Messi up with a backheel in the Copa del Rey final last season. Alba has given 7 to Messi, 3 to Suarez and 2 each to Coutinho and Dembele.
