Joao Felix scare: Barça forward hobbles off against Shakhtar

Joao Félix requested a substitution in the 75th minute of Barcelona's 2-1 win over Shakhtar Donetsk after receiving a blow.

The medical services attended to him and the decision was taken that a substitution was the best option. He was replaced by Marc Guiu, who made his debut with the Barça first team in the last match against Athletic Club, where he also scored the only goal of the game.

Felix stayed on the bench after and did not go straight to the dressing room. That is something that exudes positivity. It could only be a strong contusion and, for the moment, a muscular injury has been ruled out.

The Portuguese forward could be in pain for a couple of days, but his presence for the clásico against Real Madrid -- scheduled for Saturday 28 October at 16:15 at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys de Montjuïc -- will not be ruled out.
