Inter Milan negotiating for the loans of Aleix Vidal and Gerard Deulofeu
The Italian side want to bring in the Barcelona duo
FC Barcelona need to make space in the squad in January if they want to make signings. Ernesto Valverde has asked for the squad to be thinned. Javier Mascherano will head to China, while Aleix Vidal and Gerard Deulofeu could continue their careers in Serie A.
La Gazzetta dello Sport say the Italian side are in advanced negotiations to loan Vidal and Deulofeu. The conversations can advance if the players want to move.
Inter are looking to bring in both players within the Financial Fair Play regulation. This means loans for two seasons with the obligatory option to buy afterwards. It seems Barcelona will accept on both fronts. Deulofeu's deal is closer to completion but Aleix Vidal would also like to look at other options.
Vidal has various offes from within Spain, with Sevilla's the strongest, although Montella's arrival on the bench could cool off the operation. Atletico Madrid and Valencia are also interested.
