Andres Iniesta will not be alone on his adventure in Japan. The midfielder will be accompanied by Albert Benaiges, who for 20 years was the coordinator of Barcelona's academy.
Those that have worked and still work at La Masia remember Benaiges as one of the best at his job in the Catalan club's history -- proof of that lies in the fact he signed Iniesta as a 12-year-old.
Now, their paths will cross again after his current club, Cibao FC, who play in the Dominican Republic, confirmed that he will move to Japanese side Vissel Kobe, where he will take charge of their academy.
Benaiges will link up with Vissel Kobe soon. There will be no Iniesta for a while, though, with the former Barcelona midfielder to make the move following a short break after the World Cup.
